This is our way of sharing the Values Restoration journey with you. Values are the very foundation of any society and community. They speak to who we are. Values define us and determine the way we interact, do business and care for each other as a society. The most successful nations have citizens that are bound by common values.
If we can all successfully answer the question of who is a Zimbabwean we have successfully defined our values. In Zimbabwe we have slowly lost our values. There is more that divides us than unites us. What can we do to bring back lost values in our society? What can you do individually or as a corporate or organisation? These are the questions we hope to help each other answer as we take this journey together. Our research and consultations showed that the most common values that are considered to be missing from our society are RESPECT, ACCOUNTABILITY, DISCIPLINE, INTEGRITY, COURAGE, ATTITUDE AND LOVE.
Together these letters form the acronym RADICAL Are you a RADICAL Zimbo? Wouldn’t it be good if our youth, businessmen and women, artists, politicians, governing authorities and institutions displayed these values?
Zimbabwe would rise and become a wonderful place to live.
